The Alliance Mission is to open line’s of communication with all Youth League’s in the Western New York area in an effort to attain a safe environment of fair play and sportsmanship, while encouraging athletic endeavors to promote the physical, mental, and moral development of children. The Alliance will keep the welfare of its participant’s free of any adult ambition or personal glory and will promote the ideals of youth sports regardless of race, religion, gender, or national origin.
